Art Highlights
1/19 through 2/17- “DRAWING REVEALED” at
the Garrison Art Center, Garrison NY—Traditionally, drawing
has been a preliminary process in the development of fully-realized
artistic works. Some artists, however, view drawing as a potential
final product instead of a means to an end. Featured artists:
Laura Battle, Nancy Bauch, Jaq Belcher, Ula Einstein, Alexis
Elton, Thomas Huber, Ken Landauer, Jeesoo Lee, Charlotte Schulz,
Craig Shannon, and Stan Stroh. A 30 minute documentary video
of artists in their studios accompanies the exhibit, which
encompasses a wide (and unusual) variety of approaches to
